How much of a time commitment is this?

This class contains 5 lessons each with their own video. The total video run time is 47 minutes allowing you to complete the class in under an hour!

Does this series have a workbook or any exercises?

Nope! This is simply an educational video series without homework! Just a self-guided process where you’ll learn at your own pace and you can choose (or not) to practice what you learn.

Is there a way to interact with other students?

In order to keep my class prices as low as possible, I am not offering any private community features. However, I always recommend finding a buddy to go through the process with you or start a small group to meet and discuss throughout the process.

Will I get 1-1 interaction with you, Meg?

In order to my class prices as low as possible, I’ve removed the ability for you to receive 1-1 support from me! This means you get to learn the information for a low price and you can always reach out to me via DM or email to chat about your progress if you’d like, I try to respond to as many as I can!
