Hi! I'm your buddy, Meg!
I'm a designer, speaker, and educator who has spent the last 12 years helping adults and brands remember who they were before the world convinced them to be boring.
My path here is a little unconventional. I started in design, drifted into comedy and performance, ended up on corporate stages, and somehow built an entire career out of one question: why are adults so much less interesting than children?
Helping adults remember who they were supposed to be all along, so they can stop pretending to be normal, start innovating in ways only they possibly could, and save the world, together.

Sit There and Do Nothing
My meditation and mindfulness podcast!
The world is hard and crusty, but you don’t have to be! That’s why I created Sit There & Do Nothing, a comedy mindfulness podcast designed to help you turn into a relaxed blob (one deep breath and a light chuckle at a time). Through part-useful, part-nonsensical guided meditations, affirmations, and weirdly soothing stories, I’ll help ease your anxiety and leave you feeling lighter, brighter, and a little more human.
