As a relatable outsider with zero authority over anyone's career, I create an environment where everyone can let their guard down, take real ideation risks, and let their innovative self shine.

My sessions use science-backed innovation training techniques wrapped in a playful, comedic package that makes the whole thing feel like anything but corporate training. Teams walk away having laughed themselves into thinking completely differently.
