Full Time You is a 12-week program that lives in Circle. After you sign up, three new lessons unlock each week. Each lesson is a 5-10 minute read (no videos, intentionally!). I suggest reading one lesson per day to build a habit, then tackling your homework the rest of the week. But you're welcome to work through everything at whatever pace works for your schedule!
